General Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
New members are welcome to join at any time during the season, subject to availability within the relevant class. For members who join after the start of the season, class fees will be prorated to reflect the remaining weeks of the term. A child may permanently transfer to another class or move to a higher-level class during the season, subject to availability and prior approval. All class change requests must be submitted and confirmed via email. We offer a 10% sibling discount for families with more than one child enrolled. In addition, members who enrol for more than one class per week are eligible for a 20% multi-class discount.
Annual Family Membership Fee
The annual membership fee is £40. As a member of The Little Gym Farnham, your family is entitled to discounts on Birthday Parties, Holiday and Summer Camps, special events, and you will have access to priority enrolment in our programmes. If you have opted in to receive our promotional electronic communications, you will receive electronic notification of our events. Membership must be paid prior to enrolment and is non-refundable and cannot be prorated. Membership will be automatically deducted from the bank/card details linked to your account every 12 months from the start of your membership until cancellation is received in writing via email.
Our Make-Up Policy
The Little Gym Farnham operates a very flexible make-up policy. Classes or camps missed due to illness or holidays may be made up at any point. Make-up classes cannot be guaranteed and will be allocated based on available space in suitable classes or sessions. To qualify for a make-up class, notification of absence must be received by 9:00 am on the day of the scheduled class or earlier. All notifications must be submitted via email. Class credits may also be applied towards camps, where three class credits are equivalent to one three-hour camp session, subject to availability and prior booking. Make-up classes cannot be used after a member has provided notice or has been de-enrolled from the programme, unless otherwise agreed in writing by management. Members whose regular classes fall on public holidays will automatically be allocated a make-up class.
Continuous Enrolment
Your membership and enrolment at The Little Gym Farnham is year-round, with The Little Gym Farnham open 50 weeks of the year! Monthly enrolment fees are paid continuously, due every month whilst your child is enrolled, with flexible options for summer and other holiday periods to suit your family’s requirements. You will attend a regular weekly scheduled class during term time. Members are not charged for a half-term class in February, May & October. Members are also not charged for a class between Christmas & New Year or two weeks at Easter. This is already factored into your average monthly fee, and additional discounts will not be given for these periods. We will be closed for the Easter weekend, one week in August for team training, and one week for Christmas. During the 6-week summer holiday, you will receive 6 ‘credits’ to use at The Little Gym Farnham. These can be exchanged for classes, camps, workshops, and events during the holiday period or at any time of year.
Enrolment will automatically continue from season to season unless two months’ written notice of cancellation is provided via email. If a written cancellation notice is not received, membership will automatically renew, and applicable fees will be charged when re-enrolment fees are due. The minimum enrolment period is three (3) months. This minimum period ensures that children have sufficient time to fully experience and benefit from the programme.
Programme Termination – Notice & Refunds
The Little Gym Farnham requires 2 months’ notice in writing via email if you wish to stop classes at any point after the initial 3-month enrolment period. Refunds are not valid for classes that have already occurred. Membership fees and unused class credits are not refundable. Future classes paid in advance are refundable, with a £15 admin fee applied. Any season discounts given will be removed prior to the refund. Accounts may be frozen or credit used for other purchases in exceptional circumstances, such as injury. Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated. Refunds are issued after the notice period ends.
Payments
Late payments will incur a £15 charge and may result in members losing their allocated class space. Any payments made which are then subsequently recalled by your bank (a chargeback) due to your request when a service is due to be paid for will incur a charge of £15 per chargeback. Monthly payments via direct debit or credit card are due in monthly instalments each month from the date of enrolment. Late payments will incur a £15 charge and may result in members losing their allocated class space. Monthly payment members are required to pay eight weeks in advance, together with the annual family membership.

General Policies
Parental/Carer Responsibilities
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of children in the gym. Parents are responsible for children’s safety in the entry/exit areas and lobby areas. Parents/Carers are responsible for ensuring their children enter and exit the property safely. No responsibility is taken for personal belongings in any area of our premises, including the car park, the buggy storage in the lobby, or the outside seating area. Parents/Carers are responsible for their children’s safety in the lobby while hot drinks are served. Due to allergies, please do not bring nuts, kiwi, or sesame on-site; other items may be added to this list at the discretion of management.
Assistance
If you or your child needs any assistance at the gym or in class, please email us at farnham@thelittlegym.co.uk with details of what you require before the class, and we would be happy to give you a call to discuss.
Class Observation
Parents/Carers, siblings and guests are always welcome to observe classes from the viewing area, subject to the health and safety of members and staff. Siblings are not permitted to participate in class activities unless they are enrolled in that class. This is to ensure we have a safe teaching environment with the appropriate teacher-to-student ratios.
Behavioural Issues
While we want to welcome all children to The Little Gym, if a child is being disruptive, destructive, or dangerous to themselves, other children, or instructors, we will communicate with the child and their parents to resolve the behaviour. If the behaviour persists or other undesired behaviours develop, we shall start our 6-week review programme, during which our instructors will explain the type of behaviour change required. Part of this programme may involve a parent/carer sitting against the wall in the class or potentially trying another class. If the behaviour continues beyond this 6-week period, we will discuss with the parent that the environment may not be appropriate for their child, and that they should cease their membership, with any class credits refunded.
Clothing
Children must wear sports clothing and be barefoot to maximise safety and freedom. Jewellery, food and chewing gum are not permitted in the gym. Adults entering the gym are asked to remove their shoes (adults may wear socks). We would advise against children wearing dresses, skirts, jeans, or tights, as this may limit their ability to follow the skills.
Camps Policies and Terms & Conditions
Camp Bookings
Camps must be booked in advance. Camp fees must be paid at the time of booking. No booking is confirmed until payment is received — your space will remain available to other families until then. Camp enrolment forms must be completed and signed digitally by the customer and returned via email within 24 hours of receipt, prior to the camp. The Little Gym Farnham reserves the right to cancel and re-allocate your booking with no refund or credit due. Payment must be received within 24 hours of the camp enrolment form being sent. The Little Gym Farnham reserves the right to alter camp arrangements in line with government body guidelines. Late Pick-Ups will be automatically charged a £15 late fee after 10 minutes.
Cancellations & Refunds
Camps are non-refundable.
Early Camp Cancellations more than 24 hours before the camp booking shall be credited to your account for future use for both Members and Non-Members. Late Camp Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the first day of booking for Members and Non-Members. If Members are using class credits, they will incur a 3-class credit deduction on their account.
The Little Gym Farnham reserves the right to cancel a camp if fewer than 6 children are booked. In the event of cancellation by The Little Gym Farnham, a full refund will apply, or, if class credits have been used, they will be added back to your child’s account.
Camp Observation
To optimise health & safety and safeguarding for all children, carers and teachers, The Little Gym Farnham camps are strictly drop-off-only. Parents, siblings and guests are not permitted to remain on the premises. The registration desk may be outside the lobby area, depending on government guidelines at the time of operation.
