New members are welcome to join at any time during the season, subject to availability within the relevant class. Where a member joins after the start of the season, class fees will be pro-rated to reflect the remaining weeks of the term. A child may permanently transfer to another class or move to a higher-level class during the season, subject to availability and prior approval. All class change requests must be submitted and confirmed via email. We offer a 10% sibling discount for families with more than one child enrolled. In addition, members who enrol for more than one class per week are eligible for a 20% multi-class discount.
Annual Family Membership Fee
The annual membership fee is £40. As a member of The Little Gym Farnham, your family is entitled to discounts on Birthday Parties, Holiday and Summer Camps, special events and you will have access to priority enrolment in our programmes. If you have opted-in to receive our promotional electronic communications, you will receive electronic notification of our events. Membership must be paid prior to enrolment and is non-refundable, and can’t be pro-rated. Membership will be automatically deducted from the bank/card details linked to your account every 12 months from the start of your membership until cancellation is received in writing via email.
Our Make-Up Policy
The Little Gym Farnham operates a very flexible make up policy. Classes or camps missed due to illness or holidays may be made up at any point. Make-up classes cannot be guaranteed and will be allocated based on available space in suitable classes or sessions. To qualify for a make-up class, notification of absence must be received by 9:00am on the day of the scheduled class or earlier. All notifications must be submitted via email. Class credits may also be applied towards camps, where three class credits are equivalent to one three-hour camp session, subject to availability and prior booking. Make-up classes cannot be used after a member has provided notice or has been de-enrolled from the programme, unless otherwise agreed in writing by management. Members whose regular classes fall on public holidays will automatically be allocated a make-up class.
Continuous Enrolment
Your membership and enrolment at The Little Gym Farnham is year round with the The Little Gym Farnham open 50 weeks of the year! Monthly enrolment fees are paid continuously, due every month whilst your child is enrolled, with flexible options for summer and other holiday periods to suit your family’s requirements. You will attend a regular weekly scheduled class during term time.. Members are not charged for a half-term class in February, May & October. Members are also not charged for a class between Christmas & New Year or two weeks at Easter. This is already taken into account in your average monthly fee and additional discounts will not be given for these periods. We will be closed for the Easter weekend and for one week in August for team training as well as one week for Christmas. During the 6 week summer holiday you will receive 6 ‘credits’ to use at The Little Gym Farnham. These can be exchanged for classes, camps, workshops and events during the holiday period or any point in the year..
Enrolment will automatically continue from season to season unless two month’s written notice of cancellation is provided via email. If written cancellation notice is not received, membership will automatically renew and applicable fees will be charged when re-enrolment fees are due. The minimum enrolment period is three (3) months. This minimum period ensures that children have sufficient time to fully experience and benefit from the programme.
Programme Termination – Notice & Refunds
The Little Gym Farnham requires 2 months’ notice in writing via email if you wish to stop classes at any point after the initial 3 month enrolment period. Refunds are not valid for classes that have already occurred. Membership fees and unused class credits are not refundable, future classes that have been paid for in advance are refundable with a £15 admin fee being charged, any Season discounts given will be removed prior to refund. Accounts may be frozen or credit used for other purchases in exceptional circumstances, such as injury. Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated. Refunds are made after the notice period has come to an end.
Payments
Late payments will be charged at £15 per late payment and may result in members losing their space for their allocated class. Any payments made which are then subsequently recalled by your bank (a chargeback) due to your request when a service is due to be paid for will incur a charge of £15 per chargeback.
Monthly payments via direct debit or credit card are due in monthly instalments each month from the date of enrolment. Late payments will be charged at £15 per payment and may result in members losing their space of their allocated class. Monthly payment members are required to pay eight weeks in advance together with the family membership.
Class cancellation by The Little Gym Farnham
The Little Gym® Farnham reserves the right to cancel classes, camps or birthday parties due to the occurrence of an unforeseeable event i.e. government lockdown, Covid outbreak on premises, restricted access to The Little Gym facility etc. If this occurs, we will replace face to face activities normally taking place at the gym with an online offering. If The Little Gym activities move online our standard terms and conditions apply.
Yearly Schedule and Camps
The Little Gym® Farnham is open for 50 weeks in a year and will be closed for the Easter weekend, one week in August for team training as well as one week at Christmas. Camps and Half Term classes will run for a week in February, May and October half term, two weeks in Easter, six weeks in the Summer and a week before we close for Christmas. The Little Gym Farnham will also be closed on all UK bank holidays.
General Policies
Parental/Carer Responsibilities
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of children in the gym. Parents are responsible for children’s safety in the entry/exit areas, and lobby areas. Parents/Carers are responsible for the safe entry and exit of their children from the property. No responsibility is taken for personal belongings within any area of our premises, including the car park, buggy storage in the lobby or the outside seating area. Parents/Carers are responsible for the safety of their children in the lobby as hot drinks are served.
Due to allergies, we ask you please not to bring nuts, kiwi or sesame onsite, other items may be added to this list at the discretion of management.
Assistance
If you or your child need any assistance either at the gym or in the class, please email us on farnham@thelittlegym.co.uk with details of what you require prior to the class and we would be happy to give you a call to discuss.
Class Observation
Parents/Carers, siblings and guests are always welcome to observe classes from the viewing area subject to the health and safety of members and staff. Siblings are not permitted to participate in class activities unless they are enrolled in that class. This is to ensure we have a safe teaching environment with the correct teacher/student class ratios.
Behavioural Issues
While we want to welcome all children to The Little Gym, If a child is being disruptive, destructive, or dangerous to themselves, other children, or instructors we will communicate with parents and the child to resolve their behaviour. If the behaviour persists or other undesired behaviours develop, we shall opt to start our 6 week review programme where our instructors will explain the type of behaviour change that is required. Part of this programme may be for a parent/carer to sit against the wall within the class or potentially try another class. If the behaviour continues past this 6 week period, we will discuss with the parent that the environment may not be correct for their child and to cease their membership with any class credits refunded.
Clothing
Children must wear sports clothing and be barefoot to maximise safety and freedom. Jewellery, food and chewing gum are not permitted in the gym. Adults entering the gym are asked to remove their shoes (adults may wear socks). We would advise against children wearing dresses, skirts, jeans or tights so they are not limited to any of the skills to be followed.
Camps Policies and Terms & Conditions
Camp Bookings
Camps must be booked in advance. Camp fees must be paid at the time of booking. No booking is confirmed until payment is received — your space will remain available to other families until payment is received. Camp enrolment forms must be filled in and signed digitally by the customer, and returned via email within 24 hours of receipt and prior to the camp or The Little Gym Farnham reserves the right to cancel and re-allocate your booking with no refund or credit due. Payment must be received within 24 hours of camp enrolment form being sent. The Little Gym Farnham reserves the right to alter camp arrangements in line with government body guidelines. Late Pick-Ups will be automatically charged a late fee of £15 after 10mins.
Cancellations & Refunds
Camps are non-refundable. Early Camp Cancellations more than 24hrs of the camp booking shall be credited onto your account for future use for both Members and Non-Members. Late Camp Cancellations within 24hrs of the booking will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the first day of booking for Members and Non-Members. If Members are using class credits, they will incur a 3 class credit deduction on their account.
The Little Gym Farnham reserves the right to cancel camps if there are less than 6 children booked into the camp. In the event of cancellation by The Little Gym Farnham, a full refund will apply or where class credits have been used these will be added back to your child’s account.
Camp Observation
To optimise health & safety, and safeguarding for all children, carers and teachers, The Little Gym Farnham camps are strictly drop off only. Parents, siblings and guests are not permitted to remain on the premises. The registration desk may be outside the lobby area, depending on government guidelines at the time of operation.

No responsibility is taken for personal belongings within any area of our premises, including the car park and buggy store. Please protect our children — no nuts to be brought onsite.

While we want to welcome all children to The Little Gym Farnham, if a child is being disruptive, destructive, or dangerous to themselves, other children, or instructors we will communicate with parents and the child to resolve their behaviour. If the behaviour persists or other undesired behaviours develop, the child will be asked to take a quiet break in the lobby area. If the behaviour continues, we will notify the parent and a decision will be made on whether the child needs to be picked up from the camp. No refunds or credits can be provided in this instance. We reserve the right to refuse entry to a camp if we suspect a child is unwell.
Clothing
Children must wear sports clothing and be barefoot to maximise safety and freedom in the Gym. No jewellery or food in the gym. Earrings must be taped. Please no dresses, skirts, jeans or tights. Children should bring a ‘Kit Bag’ for their belongings at camps. Shoes are to be removed and stored in the foot lockers.
Food & Refreshments
Please ensure your child brings a water bottle marked clearly with their name, and a healthy snack. No food can be provided by The Little Gym Farnham in line with current Health & Safety observations.
Specific Terms & Conditions for Infectious Diseases and Covid-19
Infectious Diseases
There may be inherent risk of exposure to, and contracting, infectious diseases including but not limited to influenza & Covid-19 from your child’s participation and attendance, and the attendance of your family members, at The Little Gym Farnham. You confirm that you understand the risks of exposure, and hereby waive any and all claims of liability and agree to release and hold harmless The Little Gym Europe and The Little Gym Farnham in the event that any infectious disease is believed to have been contracted, or members of your family are believed to have been exposed to infectious diseases, through your presence at The Little Gym Farnham’s facility or your child’s participation in activities at The Little Gym Farnham.
Force Majeure
The Little Gym Farnham shall not be held liable for failure or delay in the performance of its obligations regarding the membership to The Little Gym City products and services if such performance is delayed or hindered by the occurrence of an unforeseeable act or event which is beyond the reasonable control of The Little Gym Farnham (“Force Majeure Events”). Acts or events constituting Force Majeure Events shall include, but not limited to, Act of God, government intervention, directives, policies, change in the law, epidemic and/or pandemic, natural disaster, strikes, war or terrorism. The party affected by a Force Majeure Event shall notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable after commencement of a Force Majeure Event.”
Customer Public Health Obligations
We follow strict health and safety guidelines to protect our customers, staff, and the local community. In line with guidance from Public Health England, we ask that any child with a fever of 37.7°C or higher stay home and refrain from joining classes, camps or birthday parties.
Parents must keep children home from classes, camps or birthday parties if they have cold or flu symptoms, including but not limited to a fever, headache, nasal congestion, rash, cough, extreme fatigue or any other sign of illness. If children develop signs of illness during classes, camps or birthday parties, parents will be called and children must be collected as soon as possible by parents. We reserve the right to refuse entry to classes, camps or birthday parties if we suspect a child is unwell. No refunds can be provided for cancelled or unattended classes, camps or birthday parties subject to manager discretion.
In the event of an illness such as Covid 19, if you or a member of your household, or a person with whom you have had recent contact (including track and trace), develops such illness, please notify The Little Gym Farnham immediately and your family must refrain from joining classes, camps or birthday parties for 14 days from the point of exposure or diagnosis in order to protect our customers, staff and the local community. No refunds can be provided for cancelled or unattended classes, camps or birthday parties except at the discretion of management.
CCTV
We operate CCTV with video & audio throughout our premises for the safety, security & safeguarding of our members, guests & teachers, and for training our teaching team. By joining our classes, camps or attending a birthday party or event, individuals agree to be captured on CCTV. CCTV is not, and will never be, published externally with the knowledge of our staff. If called upon by the Police to provide CCTV footage, we will need to abide by any mandatory requests by the Police (or another government body) to provide CCTV footage.
